Candidatul Ideal
- University degree in Mathematics, Informatics, Business Economics, Finance or all related fields.
- At least 3 years’ experience in SFE field, in pharmaceutical industry, performing SFE and data analytics visualizations involving business data analytic, HCP insights, territory management and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Experience in working with data and business analysis tools. It will be considered a plus the experience of implementing a data management tool.
- Skills of project management and good cross-functional communication.
- Demonstrates capacity to learn and understand customer approach, market dynamics, and sales force daily operations.
- Ability to problem-solving, implementation solutions and recommendation via the data driven making decision.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).

As a trusted advisor and business partner to the leadership team, focusing on data driven making decision
in SFE & training areas, this position will apply analytical and strategic thinking to contribute to the
success of our company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a Romanian SFE PoC for all internal departments, for Corporate functions and for the external parties and partners.
- Monitors and analyses the data concerning the company’s products and performance.
- Provides accurate data and reports that can help the leadership team take appropriate decisions.
- Perform reports such as: territory analysis, medical representatives’ performance analysis, cross-region comparisons, reports per brand and products, monthly reports, etc.
- Support the Filed Force Department in setting the business objectives, perform the targeting &segmentation process, monitor the achievement rates per different business indicators, etc.
- Accountable for Sales Force Incentive scheme (SFI) implementation, target setting allocation, tracking performance management, to support employees’ motivation and achievement aligned with company strategy and guidance.
- Utilize the internal and external reports and other market research to improve sales force effectiveness and capability.
- Assist all marketing and sales managers in identifying areas for improvement, as well as best practices to follow.
- Provide coordination to deliver successful projects and support SFE in business planning and operation.
- Key contact for working with cross functions to recommend areas of improvements and provide priority solutions through SFE data analytics and insight.
- Timely organize and control of the data-entry into the CRM system.
- Support, train and guide the users of the CRM system.
- Accountability to facilitating the training in term of SFE areas to FF/MKT
- Measure training outcomes against key deliverables in line with business strategy and performance measures
