Candidatul Ideal
You have a business/bachelor degree (or similar) with a focus on controlling and finance; CIMA, CMA qualification is a plus;
You have professional experience in controlling in a comparable area of responsibility (minimum 10 years); experience of working in an international company is a plus;
Knowledge and experience in IFRS is preferable (including month end closing and accruals);
You have very good MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel, Navision/Lucanet/Anaplan is desirable;
You are characterized by your strong analytical thinking skills and affinity for numbers and KPIs;
You are strong in analysis, your work style is independent and remains efficient under pressure;
You have strong communication skills and enjoy shaping your work area in a dynamic company;
You have advanced English skills.

Single point of contact and key interface for the functional counterparts in the countries with respect to Controlling topics;
Responsible for preparation of the business reviews (for the respective countries) and their presentation in close cooperation with the country GMs, including deep dives, price-quantity and variance analysis, scenario planning; understanding accounting accruals;
Owns the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and mid-term planning for the countries from Finance stand point in collaboration with functional country leads and Divisional controlling;
Supports finance and digital transformation;
Supports development of new business models, e.g. for investment decisions;
Provides trustfully decisions relevant information/ recommendation to management including evaluation of different scenarios;
Support the Divisional and country leadership with ad hoc requests.
