Senior Accountant

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a accounting specialist.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English and Romanian. Additional languages are a plus.

The Senior Accountant works closely with various departments, management teams, and stakeholders to support all accounting processes.

Responsabilities:

︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︀Responsible for daily checking of balances in the bank, cash and advances in the treasury.
Ensures operative records of the company's treasury - records, records, cash withdrawals, cash payments.
Register orders in the ERP system for the Finance department.
Records invoices of suppliers and customers in accounting software.
Tracks and controls stock records.
Participates in stock inventory.
Manage and record settlements with employees.
Participates in the preparation of half-yearly reports and annual financial statements.
Ensures verification of correctness of all accounting items, monthly analyzes the content and accuracy of all balances.
Prepares periodic financial-accounting reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) according to the requests of the direct hierarchical superior.
