SALES SPECIALIST

Join our teams as Sales Specialist to contribute and support the Loading System's Sales in daily tasks while improving your own skills! You will be offered a role in Sales Team, where you will work also with colleagues in other functions such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and directly with our retailers.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent but high school diploma is accepted too
- Five or more years of sales experience within a similar industry - it's an advantage
- Strong medium English level
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experienced / familiarized with Salesforce (KPI / Sales Funnel type programs) or another CRM platform
- Ability to travel at least 80 % of the time (average, 4 days per week)
- Strong organizing skills, deep analytical thinking, and detail-oriented mindset;
- Ability to manage medium complexity projects, prioritize and follow-up;
- Problem solving via innovation & creativity.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company and its products, research consumer needs, and identify how our ︃​︁︃︃​︁︄︃​︂︅solutions can address those needs;
- Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base;
- Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics;
- Utilize Salesforce tools to ensure standardized process throughout all stages of a sale;
- Build a strong partnership with our Loading System's teams by clearly understanding customer specific needs, goals, strategies and systems.
