Sales Engineer Specialist

Expectation
We are looking for a colleague with

• Technical university or college degree in the faculty of engineering (mechanical or electrical);
• 3 years' work experience in related industries of process instrumentation and control;
• Knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount technology) is a significant advantage;
• Proactivity and problem solving personality;
• Good communication skills on all levels;
• Dynamic person with excellent time management and analytical skills;
• Quick learner, high degree of self-motivation;
• Customer-focused, team-oriented;
• Fluent in English;
• Willingness to travel, both domestically and abroad.

Task
Your position is contributing for building on customer relationships with existing customers and potential new partners. As part of ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︁︃︀the Sales Team, you shall work cooperatively with sales and engineering teams to create technical value propositions for customers’ need and solve arising problems. As Sales Engineer, you are representing the company and provide technical solution and support to our partners. You are accountable for the overall project application / solution cost estimate, technical description, and communication with business partner.

Your main responsibilities are

• Finding new business opportunities/customers and to be the solution-oriented contact person for existing partners;
• Continuous increase of market coverage in the countries where the employer carries out sales activities;
• Acquisition of customer-specific market data. Adequate knowledge of competition;
• Coordination and administration of sales tasks, support to sales colleagues;
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and full responsibility for simple offers;
• Evaluate / select equipment and components to ensure the solution offered meets and requirements of the customer specifications;
• Direct support resources in the creation of required documents for RFQ requirements;
• Quotation documentation and tracking;
• Update and coordinate CRM System (Customer Relationship Management) with inputs;
• Clarify technical questions and issues with suppliers;
• Monitor and review market- and competition analysis
• Create reports directly to Manager;
• Work in team, managing projects;
• Close cooperation expected with sales as well as engineering and project teams.
