    About the Role:
    • You will distinguish our company with professionalism, best practices, and deliverables that build customer loyalty. Your ︃​︁︃︃​︁︁︁​︁︈responsibilities will vary depending on your focus area:
    Logistics Assistant Responsibilities:
    • Order Management: Process orders daily in the warehouse system and follow up until delivery.
    • Data Accuracy: Save and verify serial number files.
    • Shipping Coordination: Create orders in the courier platform and prepare AWB documents.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Prepare data drafts for obtaining UIT codes for deliveries/inbounds and prepare customs documentation.
    • Customer Service: Maintain records of deliveries and manage customer complaints until resolved
    • Insurance Processing: Issue transport insurance.
    • Inventory Support: Populate files with product details (dimensions, EAN, weight) for sales and inbound new items; execute stock transfers in the processing system
    Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
    • Sales Reporting: Process sales reports and provide stock information.
    • Invoicing: Calculate and issue partner bonus invoices (target bonus, price protection, stock rotation, RMA – defective).
    • Campaign Management: Follow up on promotional campaigns with TP-Link partners and distributors.
    • Database Administration: Manage the Price Vent portal by adding products and links for TP-Link products.
    • Price Monitoring: Prepare the Price Vent price monitoring report.
    • Order Processing: Handle order processing and create back orders while verifying delivery times.
