The Sales Department is responsible for managing customer requests received via phone and email, particularly those related to booking changes ︁︈︂︂︇︂︄︂︀︈or cancellations. Agents are expected to encourage customers to explore alternative properties rather than proceeding with a cancellation. For example, when bookings fail—whether due to payment issues or other reasons—these cases are automatically flagged. Agents then follow up with these customers, aiming to persuade them to complete their reservations.
