Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with partners and key stakeholders in the companyExperience in international sales C2 Level in English C1/C2 Level for Bulgarian and/or Greek and/or Polish would represent an advantage Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills Analytical, numerically skills with strong proven problem-solving abilities; ability to execute marketing and sales plans trough distribution partners Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines Commercially and financially aware Keen attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable with International traveling, realistically two times per month
Qualifications and Experience Levels:Proven sales experience, preferably within an automotive or industrial environment Experience with managing distributors or resellers Ability to add value, follow KPIs and make business improvements Computer literate, to include advanced Excel skills. Experience with MS NAV would be a benefit Successfully completed University studies You are self-motivated, team player and capable of taking on operational responsibility. And fun to be around with! You have advanced English language skills; other languages like Polish, Bulgarian, Greek, would be a benefit

REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER
Overall purpose of the ︁role:
︁︈︁︁︉︁︅︉︁︄︈We are looking for a Regional Business Manager to support the company expansion in Central and Eastern Europe. With over 25 years experience in lubricants distribution, as exclusive representative of Repsol Lubricants and Specialties for more than 17 countries in Central and Easter Europe, we are looking to expand the international business department. We are searching for a dedicated and active colleague to develop sales of Repsol lubricants at country level, dealing with key customers (industry) and distribution partners (spare parts distributors, lube and chemicals distributors) and putting into practice his sales abilities and our distribution policy. If you consider yourself to be a person with great sales management skills, able to build personal relationships at senior levels and be creative and persistent to meet your goals, please feel free to share your resume with us. This role is directly reporting to one of our Sales Directors.
Key responsibilities:Managing relations with our key distribution partners in the CEE region, you will get assigned several markets. The role includes making plans for business developments, marketing campaigns implementation, monitoring the financials. Prospecting new partners in the assigned markets/countries Manage the annual volume and margin plan for the assigned area Plan and execute market visits with international customer, together with the CEE Sales Director Gathering information from the market: report back any interesting developments and campaigns/strategic moves/price changes, etc. from competitors
