Position overview:

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be a pivotal member of our recruitment team, responsible for leading and executing an efficient and effective hiring process for the blue & white collar positions for the assigned area. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to the organization's needs.
Your main assets to bring to our team will be:

  • Collaboration: our purpose is to find new employees for our company. We have both team and individual goals, and at the end, what matters is that we succeeded to professionally fill the role in terms of both quality and time metrics.
  • Experience: this position is challenging, that is why a solid background in recruitment practices and strategies is essential. We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment in a faced-paced environment. Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, will be required. Strong knowledge of the Romanian job market and culture: recruitment, marketing and communication.
  • Education: higher education in a relevant field.
  • English: good command of English language.
  • Data Management: experience in managing candidate data, maintaining databases, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations is important for handling large volumes of referrals and recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for engaging with candidates and communicating effectively with potential candidates, employees, and collaborators.
  • Analytical Skills: the ability to analyze the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, track metrics, and measure the success of candidate outreach efforts is important for continuous improvement.
  • Tech Savviness: proficiency in using various tools and platforms, such as ATS, Community platforms, and social media management tools, will enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.
  • Key competences: highly organized: strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; possess critical thinking; handles work-related pressure well; has a tactical execution anticipating roadblocks and proactively creating solutions to ensure success.

Your main challenges will be:
  • Collaborative approach:
Coworkers: our sourcing team helps each other whenever needed, we ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︅​︀cooperate, support each other, advise and brainstorm. We learn and grow together; we contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Candidates: oversees all phases of the recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the entire process;
Hiring Managers: serves as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and senior leadership to understand the business’ hiring needs and develops tailored recruitment solutions, providing guidance on recruitment best practices, candidate selection, and interview techniques. Fosters strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines by managing expectations throughout the hiring process, by providing frequent status updates of recruitment efforts and relevant data and information for tracking metrics related to recruitment;
Marketing Department: works together with our marketing team to increase Kronwell's visibility on social media platforms and to other employer branding events; improves social media and all recruitment tools available ensuring all advertised material (including job adverts) is accurate and in line with Kronwell’s Group branding.
  • Candidate Sourcing: uses sourcing methods to identify potential candidates from a diverse pool, takes ownership and implements new sourcing initiatives, using active sourcing in LinkedIn and other available platforms to bring more candidates to the position’s pipeline.
  • Creativity: we never get an easy position to work on. We are constantly looking for more options and better ways to find the right person for the job.
  • Self-discipline: you plan your day, your weekly tasks and execute. You have to communicate well and report the current status. But you will as well receive trust and flexibility.
  • Project Management: offers support, leads and drives strategic projects within HR departament.
  • Candidate Screening: evaluates the referred candidates and their qualifications to determine if they meet the basic requirements for the open & future positions.
  • Proactively builds and maintains the talent pool: while you look for candidates for current openings you will also identify candidates for those roles that we recruit regularly for future hiring needs, helping to reduce the time to fill and time to hire.
  • Compliance, Metrics and Reporting: ensures compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Maintains accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring decisions. Generates regular reports on recruitment metrics. Organizes and use data and analytics in order to make decisions.
  • Brand Ambassador: promotes the organization's employer brand; represents the company in various recruitment events including campus-hiring events, career fairs, meetups and other network opportunities.
