Candidatul Ideal
-Relevant recruiting experience of + 5 years.
-Proven Recruiting experience in blue-collars recruitment.
-Knowledge of foreign languages: English (advanced level).
-PC operation: MS Office
-Able to work autonomous

Descrierea jobului
- Handling the life cycle recruitment process: candidate sourcing, posting job ads, daily candidate screening, contacting candidates, coordinating interviews, submit job offer.
-Keep track of all recruitment projects and candidates involved.
-Coordinating onboarding process
-Follow up of the on boarding process to assure it is finished on time and a properly manner.
-Follow up of new employee experience
-Identify and manage new sources of candidates
-Design & implement recruitment campaigns.
The positon implies hybrid work: 3 days/week working on site (address: Soseaua Chitilei nr.423 M, sector 1, Bucuresti) and 2 days/week remote.
