Candidatul Ideal

Our Recruitment team is currently looking for a Language Assessor & Recruitment Sourcer to evaluate the linguistic proficiency of candidates as well as handle key recruitment tasks.

What we expect:

  • High proficiency in French and English, with exceptional skills in both written and oral speaking forms
  • Strong proficiency in Spanish, German or Italian could be highly advantageous
  • Availability for a full-time position, covering Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 18:00, on a hybrid model: in-office presence (Bucharest, AFI Park offices)
  • Previous experience of minimum 1 year in a similar role
  • Familiarity with language assessment tools and techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret assessment results
  • Adaptable to changing requirements and able to handle a wide variety of assessments and candidate profiles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication skills (to talk, listen and get the best out of the experience)
  • Problem solving abilities, an "I'll make it happen attitude"
  • Good organizing skills and flexibility
  • Non-negotiable excellent team player attitude
  • Ambition and great ability to work under pressure, making a commitment to help the team overcome any challenges

Responsibilities as a Language Assessor:

  • Evaluate linguistic assessments in various formats (written, oral) in English, French and possibly another ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︁​︆︄language, such as Spanish, Italian or German
  • Interpret assessment results to determine language proficiency levels and provide detailed feedback
  • Use predefined scoring rubrics to rate candidates' performance in various language skills, ensuring consistency and objectivity
  • Keep detailed and organized records of all assessment results, feedback provided, and any follow-up actions taken
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of assessment tools and methodologies, making recommendations for improvements based on performance data and feedback

Responsibilities as a Recruitment Sourcer:
  • Finding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
  • Tracking and updating ︁︀​︈︈​︈︈​︁︈︄recruitment data in our ATS tool and recruitment status reports
  • Contacting and discussing with potential candidates, building and delivering the short list
  • Creating and managing talent pools for frequently hired roles
  • Delivering excellent candidate experience through developing and nurturing relationships with sourced candidates
