No prior experience? No problem – we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn above all else.
Excellent communication skills;
Advanced level of English (B2-C1);
French language skills (nice to have);
Microsoft Office Suite proficient;
Drive, curiosity and attention to detail;
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
Availability for business travel.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and drive a structured interview process;
Prescreen applications, select and refer qualified candidates and conduct initial interviews as needed;
Ensure a high level of quality and service in the recruitment experience for candidates;
Manage and maintain the information in the internal applicant tracking system;
Actively participate in recruitment events, career fairs and networking opportunities to attract talents.
Creating talent pipelines for current and future openings.
