• Carrying out specific reception operations for clients and visitors;
• Ensuring the payments are made;

• Redirections and various scheduling;
• Resolving customer or visitor complaints;
• Organization of the general framework for opening and closing the activity of the reception point,
• Preparing documents for record and reporting of the activity.
• Using computers or computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data or process information.
• Takes all phone calls and provides all the information requested by clients.
• Checks the customer's reservations and confirms or cancels them, as the case may be.
• Receives any complaint from the customer, acts to resolve the complaint and informs the manager directly.
