Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for an independent, proactive, and communicatively strong team player with a completed university education and preferably several ︄︆︄︅︁︀︆️​︂︆︄︅​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎years of experience in a similar role. You work meticulously, are stress-resistant, and remain calm under pressure. You have a positive, critical attitude and are always looking for ways to improve processes. Additionally, you have a good command of English and German; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

As a Purchasing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team. You will be responsible for checking sales ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︅​︀︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂orders, requesting and negotiating prices and conditions, and placing orders for hospitality furniture and interiors with international suppliers. You will maintain contact with these suppliers, arrange transport, and provide administrative support for all purchasing and sales-related matters. You will monitor delivery times and the progress of ongoing orders, inform customers about order statuses, perform price calculations, and maintain the item database in our ERP system.
