Project Manager

• University Degree, preferably in Engineering (Telecommunications, Civil works).
• Experience of 5 years or more in the telecommunications sector in site acquisition of telecommunications infrastructure.
• Experience in contractor management, budget management and technical relationship with public administration.
• Experience of 5 years or more in preparation of business plans and offers either in the private environment or in public tenders.
• Experience in the commercial delivery of contracts, preferably in telecommunications.
• Excelent Project Management skills.
• Knowledge of Telco equipment and infrastructure in the field of mobile telephone networks, other radio bands or hosting services.
• Preparation and management of dashboards for monitoring projects and activities for customers.
• Customer orientation, holding good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to analyse data to optimize resources and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Management of engineering, civil works contracts and suppliers.
• Monitoring of KPIs, SLAs and compliance with delivery milestones of client or internal projects.
• Analysis and continuous improvement of the processes involved with clients, engineering, suppliers and contractors.
• Management of databases and documentation repositories. Verification and review of documentation associated with activity, as well as that related to project monitoring.
• Act as Point of Contact with technical departments of our clients and Vantage’s central technical departments to maintain the technological portfolio to offer to our clients adapted to the current and future needs of the market.
• Management of the contracts for buyouts and lease of new sites.

• Monitoring contract execution, assessing risk, handling corrective actions and help negotiating contract changes.
• Monitoring of compliance that legal steps are met in order to build, extent, purchase or lease new sites or existing sites.
• Full coordination with various functions: Commercial, delivery, site acquisition, operations, legal, etc.
• Network deployment projects budget and delivery target managing.
• Leadership in telco and infrastructure deployment projects with customer and vendor/contractors.
