Candidatul Ideal

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager within a marketing, MarTech, or technology-focused company.
  • Solid understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud) and migration projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Workfront or Trello).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid PM methodologies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Fluency in English and experience working in international, client-facing environments for:

We are currently seeking a mid-level Project Manager to join our growing team remotely.
This role requires technical project management expertise, particularly within MarTech, CRM tools, and migration projects, as well as a strong understanding of project management methodologies, agency workflows, and stakeholder communication. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at leading complex technical and creative projects, and enjoy working closely with enterprise clients, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, technical requirements, and resource needs for CRM Migrations, MarTech integrations, creative and digital projects
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and work breakdown structures using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between creative, technical, and client teams to ensure alignment on objectives and progress.
  • Manage risks proactively by identifying challenges early, developing mitigation strategies, and minimizing project impacts.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups/scrum meetings, sprint planning, and weekly status updates to keep teams focused and projects on track.
  • Track project KPIs and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, managing expectations, delivering updates, and addressing escalations promptly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement marketing strategies, CRM solutions, and MarTech campaign initiatives.
