Position Overview:
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager enthusiastic about Continuous Improvement to join our operational team. Lean experience required . Black Belt or Green Belt training preferred. In this role, you will work closely with the National Production Director to plan, coordinate, and implement strategic initiatives, with a specific focus on continuous flow projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives and that we are aligned with the Group Continuous Improvement Management System.

Education and Experience
- Black Belt or Green Belt training preferred.
- 3 years related experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of Lean processes and methodologies within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with 5S practices, Pareto Chart, Ishikawa, OEE - Overall Equipment Effectiveness,
- Problem solving & A3 , Visual Management, Process Standardisation framework, Waste, ANOVA, FMEA , Value Stream Mapping , Desing of Experiments, PDCA cycle
Requirements:
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma & Kaizen experience required.
- A strategic and analytical mindset.
- An excellent communicator and presentation skills.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and making necessary adjustments.
- Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Conducting continuous improvement training and workshops at different levels.Leadership and mentoring skills.Knowledge in project management .
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proactivity and results orientation.
- Driving license B.
- Disponibility to travel to the manufacturing locations, depending on the nature of the project.
- Minimum intermediate level English
