Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office operations and operation in an ERP system;
Very good English knowledge for business and IT areas;
Ability to analyze, prioritize, and efficiently manage work time;
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and IT-related products and services.
Proven experience in IT procurement or supply chain management (2 years preferred).

Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms to secure the best possible outcomes.
Review contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Fulfilling contractual obligations with suppliers and building sustainable partnerships.
Generating reports that include supplier analyses and relevant information for colleagues and the company.
Stay updated on market trends, product advancements, and emerging technologies.
Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and support budget forecasting.
