Job Description
Identify organizational technology needs and align purchases with budget constraints.
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and service criteria.
Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms to secure the best possible outcomes.
Review contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Fulfilling contractual obligations with suppliers and building sustainable partnerships.
Generating reports that include supplier analyses and relevant information for colleagues and the company.
Stay updated on market trends, product advancements, and emerging technologies.
Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and support budget forecasting.
