Job description: As a Primary Bookkeeping and Commercial Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting with primary bookkeeping and commercial activities. The ideal candidate should have good economic knowledge and organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Office Manager in the activity of primary bookkeeping, suppliers invoices evidence.
Prepare different financial documents such as petty-cash/expenses files.
Support in the activity with budgeting.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Assist the Office Manager in the activity on the occasion of the annually financial audits.
Assist the Office Manager in annually inventory (documents).
Track and manage company expenses and assist in cost analysis.
Assist the Office Manager in the activity of keeping the evidence of orders to suppliers; keep the evidence and check the documents received from suppliers (offers/contracts/reception protocols).
Maintain and update suppliers databases, ensuring accurate information.
Assist in preparing contracts and commercial documents.
Handle day-to-day office tasks such as: answering phones, emails and responding to inquiries, assist with deliveries of documents/parcels (Fan Courier).
Organize and maintain office files, records and documents (scan/copy/print).
Schedule appointments, meetings, travel arrangements.
Handle office supply ordering.
Support with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Ensuring effective communication between departments and with external partners.
Type of contract: undetermined period (3-month probationary period)
