- Organizing and managing schedules, including setting up medical appointments;
- Coordinating itineraries for trips, events, and guest visits;
- Acting as a liaison with third parties such as legal advisors, restaurants, and suppliers;
- Representing upper management in interactions with external stakeholders;
- Managing purchases, returns, and deliveries of items needed by upper management;
- Recording expenses and maintaining detailed documentation;
- Fully managing relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
