Must have at least 2 years’ experience in HR
Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
Verbal and written communication skills
Team management skills
Demonstrated analytical skills and PC proficient

Gathering information on hours worked for each employee
Receiving approval from upper management for payments when needed
Calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system
Administrating statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
Keeping track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
Ensuring compliance with tax laws and payroll regulations
Following projects for payroll and benefits
Researching and making suggestions about benefits and pay packages
Handling sensitive employee information
