Operations Controller

At least 3 years of relevant experience with accounting & cost controlling, P&L analysis, and business performance management, in a manufacturing company
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting field
Knowledge of the English language - intermediate to advanced
Experienced user in Excel
Orientation towards actions and details
Team spirit and collaboration with the departments within the Company
Orientation towards effective communication
Open to learning new things
Analytical and problem-solving

Prepares economic, financial or statistical research and analysis for use in the development of business strategies and tactics;
Provide basic ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︁​︁︉︂financial modelling input into business cases, costs, and schedules to support growth in the business;
Contribute with optimization measures' proposals (e.g. stock optimization, S&OP, various costs, processes);
Organization of cycle-counts and annual count of inventories, in all locations, as well as recording the differences in ERP;
Cost controlling activities including standard cost calculation/ update, cost centres cost tracking, monitoring scrap value;
Proactively engage and collaborate with relevant colleagues and business stakeholders, in order to solve operational issues and problems with efficiency and quality;
Analyze financial data and prepares financial reports;
Support internal stakeholders with ad hoc reports, analysis, profitability, productivity calculations;
Carry out group wide KPI reporting.
