Operations Administrator (US time zone)

• Manage policy changes, including endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, payment arrangements, death claims, beneficiary updates, etc.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely processing of requested changes in the system.
• Handle Sales agents, CET agents and/or client inquiries related to policy modifications.
• Maintain accurate and organized records for all transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit standards.
• Respond to inquiries from agents, clients, and internal teams, providing exceptional service and clear communication.
• Address escalations or complex issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance workflow.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems or tools for policy administration.
• Ensure all transactions adhere to company policies, state regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct quality checks on processed cases to maintain accuracy and mitigate risks.

• High school diploma is required. College or university diploma in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in insurance operations, policy administration, or a related field .
• Familiarity with life and/or health insurance products and regulations.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
