Candidatul Ideal

Within our branch in Romania and under direct coordination of the General Manager, we are currently looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a general problem solver, collaborating with different teams in our organization, highly organized and detail-oriented.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or communication is relevant but not compulsory.
  • Advanced MS Office package knowledge and Google Docs;
  • Good knowledge of English (speaking, writing, reading);
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work;
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed;
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment;
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.

Main responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support for the efficient operation of the company;
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments;
  • Collects and verifies invoices from suppliers for administrative services contracts and communicates with them in case of discrepancies and deviations;
  • Collects and verifies invoices from suppliers for services contracts/ freelancers. Communicates with them in case of discrepancies and deviations;
  • Communicates with the accounting company and transmits all invoices and other accounting documents;
  • Assist with travel arrangements – travel bookings (air, hotel, transfers & keep all files updated);
  • Address employee’s queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements). Oversee office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory;
  • Manage office budgets and expenses, including tracking and reporting;
