Your main tasks will be:
Office Operations:
- Ensure the office is running smoothly by managing supplies, equipment, andfacilities to support team productivity;
- Foster a positive and welcoming office environment, ensuring employee well-being is prioritized;
- Serve as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including banks, administrations, suppliers, and legal firms. Handle confidential HR and financial matters with discretion;
- Bank Reconciliation: Manage bank reconciliation processes, including the organization and storage of supporting documents.
- Hiring Process Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job offers online, sorting candidates, and ensuring prompt communication with applicants.
- Onboarding Process Management: Coordinate the onboarding process for new interns and employees.
- Health and Safety Management: Assist in managing health and safety policies and fire safety regulations.
- HR Reporting: Collect HR feedback on workload, stress levels, and other concerns from teams.
