At least 3 years studies/training as nursing specialist with diploma or similar;
Minimum 2 years of working experience;
Excellent communication (at least B1 German) and interpersonal skills;
Independent work, quality awareness and service mentality;
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Assisting with daily care and support for patients, including help with personal hygiene, dressing, and meals;
Assessing and monitoring ︁︀︂︃︃︇︁︆︄the health status of patients including the administration of medications and treatments as prescribed;
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans;
Providing direct nursing care and assistance to patients with activities of daily living;
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports;
Communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and caring environment;
Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs to enhance professional development;
