Key Responsibilities:

Passionate Coffee Crafting:
-Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care.
-Showcase your passion for coffee by consistently delivering delicious and beautifully presented drinks.

Customer-Centric Service:
-Welcome customers with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
-Anticipate and fulfill customer needs promptly, providing attentive and personalized service.

Product Knowledge:
-Become an expert on our coffee offerings and menu items, educating customers and making recommendations as needed.
-Take pride in your work and ensure every beverage and dish reflects our commitment to quality.

Team Collaboration:
-Work collaboratively with fellow baristas, waiters, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.
-Communicate effectively to coordinate orders and deliver a smooth and efficient service experience.

Qualifions:
-Enthusiasm and passion for coffee and customer service.
-Previous experience in a barista or waiter role is preferred but not required.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with grace.
-Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
