Metrology Specialist

• Solid knowledge of technical drawing;
• Good knowledge of Dimensional Geometry and Tolerancing (GD&T);
• Good knowledge of classical measurements (caliper, micrometer);
• Knowledge of coordinate measurement (CMM) would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of metrology standards (ISO/IEC 17025) would be advantage;
• PC operation (Microsoft Office);
• English Intermediate, Italian is an advantage;
• Using SAP is an advantage.

• Effective communication;
• Problem Analysis;
• Teamwork;
• Initiative.

• Preferably Engineering studies, or at least technical high school education, in the mechanical field.

• Intermediate English, Italian is an advantage.

• Checking the quality of the items ordered from the suppliers by ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂making classical and coordinated measurements;
• Certifying the correct manufacturing of the products, taking into account the technical documentation;
• Tracking the closure of open issues and product non-conformities;
• Replacing (if necessary) the position of Quality Inspector and ensuring the final check of the products before delivery;
• Preparing reports with inspection results correctly and on time.
