Candidatul Ideal
- Previous experience in uniform management, preferably in a corporate or hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are needed to manage inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of garment sizing, fitting techniques, and fabric care best practices.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and trends related to uniforms and apparel.
- Proficiency in computer applications and inventory management systems for tracking and reporting purposes
- Mature individual, well balanced, proactive, and trustworthy
- Good communication skills, verbally and in writing; active listening and summarizing
- Good analysis and synthesis skills, attention to details, problem-solving capacity
- Time management and organizational skills; being able to meet deadlines
- High responsiveness to professional demands; efficiency (being able to mobilize to complete tasks as quickly as possible)
- Ability to learn and develop professionally

- Directly responsible for distributing uniforms to all company employees and for signing the handover documents with them
- Directly responsible ︁︀︂︃︃︇︅︀for preparing and maintaining the inventory of uniforms, as well as placing orders to maintain stock levels
- Directly responsible for issuing extra uniforms, preparing, and coordinating uniform cleaning orders
- Directly responsible for keeping the material goods or other items in their custody
