Maintenance Manager (Predictive/Preventive Maintenance)
Reporting to: Maintenance Director
Role goal
Improving the reliability of equipment/machinery by reducing accidental breakdowns – predictive/preventive maintenance strategies and the optimal development of intervention methods;
What You'll Be Doing
Team coordination;
Maintain the preventive maintenance system and process using CMMS-SAP;
Develops, recommends and implements new strategies to improve equipment reliability;
Optimizing predictive maintenance activities by monitoring and recommending changes if necessary for inspection routes, inspection frequencies, equipment list;
Permanently monitors the list of critical equipment (eliminate scrapped or non-critical equipment/introduce new equipment);
Maintain progress list of improvement projects;
Perform life cycle analyzes for all engineering design changes;
Evaluate the costs / benefits for new diagnostic technologies; Maintains and monitors the database with unplanned equipment downtime; Generate downtime analysis reports and perform Pareto analyzes on results and identify opportunities and prioritize improvement efforts; Participates in Root Cause Analysis and records the data in OnePM; Monitors the execution and efficiency of lubrication / inspection routes; Collaborates closely with other departments such as Production, Safety and QFS to maintain processes, equipment and people in safe conditions; Reviews the performance reports required for asset management; Communicates asset management key performance indicators as well as company performance indicators; Works closely with Department supervisors and Procurement staff; Preparation and maintenance of indicator records to enable meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance results; Optimizing maintenance resources and reducing maintenance costs.
Ideal Profile
Engineer Degree – graduated;
Relevant experience on a similar role in predictive/preventive maintenance;
Enthusiasm and motivation, great anticipation/organizing skills;
Very good leadership style
Ability to take initiative;
Reliability, accuracy, punctuality;
Fluent in English;
