Logistic Coordinator

JOB BRIEFING:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage our supply chain operations and wich responsibilities include coordinating shipments, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with legislation and improving the overall efficiency of our logistics process.

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in logistics management or a similar role, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle the demands of a fast-paced, international operation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role;
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements;
- Ability to work with logistics and inventory management software;
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills;
- Reliable, punctual and determined person;
- Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office;
- Good knowledge of Romanian Customs Laws , regulations and procedures;
- English - advanced level.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

1. Transport organisation:
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂Prepare, verify and release documents related to daily deliveries;
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and standards, including the new regulations on the RO e-Transport system;
- Plan the content of transport according to the required volume of deliveries;
- Maintain daily contact with transportation companies, Customer Service and Customs
- Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to shipping or transportation

2. Dispatch:
- Daily checks of finished goods stock, in order to prepare the goods to be delivered;
- Plan the daily routing to ensure deliveries in required quantities and dates
- Check the orders and prepare delivery documents
- Coordinate the Dispatch Team.

3. Storage:
- Participate at the annual inventories;
- Analyze daily inventories in relation to production plan and manufacturing schedules;
- Ensure correct data recording in the specific software.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes
