Descrierea jobului
Offers recommendations in terms of promo activities, assortment etc. for the assigned group of accounts.
Involved in establishing beauty advisors' chains targets & incentive programs
Implement the strategy in terms of promo activities, assortment etc. established by the direct manager.
- Check order and stock reports & act on it based on stock management principle and in correlation with the sales policy of the company
- Develop the relationship at door level: increase visibility, PUSH sell out (incentives, promo)
- Develop the relationship at headquarter level with middle management positions (buyer, accounting)
- In charge with following & monitoring the competition; makes recommendations based on competition reports
- Seek new business opportunities of vertical development of the assigned accounts
- Seek new business opportunities of horizontal development for enlarging number of accounts
- Understanding & Interpreting the margin reports; Maximize margin per chain through sales revenues
- Creating & Sustaining the monthly presentation of the performance of the assigned accounts
- Follow the payments per chain
