Candidatul Ideal

Education and experience
-Educational Background: Bachelor's degree if possible.

Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing new customers within the EMS ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂sector across Eastern European countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and business development, with specific experience in the EMS or related industries. This role requires a proactive approach to building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that drive mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential customers within the EMS sector in Eastern Europe, focusing on key markets and opportunities for growth.
-Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing customer accounts.Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns.
-Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the EMS market in Eastern Europe, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
-Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations and close deals with new clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the customer and the company. The quotation process and final proposal for the customers will be done by Pantel Elektronik in Germany.
-Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the EMS sector. Provide regular feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
-Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams in Germany in order to follow up quotations and customer proposals.
-Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
