You need to successfully:
- Identify, hunt, and recruit new International clients;
- Build, prioritize and nurture a pipeline of leads ︁︀︂︃︃︇︃︁︃︂to consistently fuel your sales funnel;
- Ensure high post-sale satisfaction and positive long-term relationships;
- Build revenue streams with current customers and evaluate opportunities to increase the relationship through calls/meetings, problem solving and administrative follow-up;
- Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically;
- Partner with other Sameday internal departments to optimize the clients’ experience;
- Constantly propose adjustments to processes and strategies to help the business grow;
- Prepare periodical reports;
- Keeping updated with market trends and competition.
For that, we’d love it if you have:
- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related careers;
- Proven business development and/or B2B sales experience (Transportation / Shipping industry would be an advantage);
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Tenacious and enthusiastic towards approaching and persuade C-level executives/key roles;
- Ability to manage own time effectively so she/he can meet targets and deadlines;
- Self-motivated, results driven and autonomous, taking responsibility for achieving quota;
- Both entrepreneurial and team player mindset;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
