Here is what you would have to do in your role:

Plan the transportation in an efficient way according to the contracts and delivery terms;
Transport orders for curriers ( DHL/TNT) and internal transport coordination .
Negotiate transport prices;
Provide the other departments with the relevant information to prepare documents like: delivery note, packing list, bill of landing, air-bill etc.
Obtain the shipping documents
Inform the other departments about estimated time of delivery as well as the arriving of goods;
Report on SPV/e-transport all the international transports according to OUG 115/2023 and transmits all the UIT codes to forwarders;
Create and maintain correct business relationships with the transport companies and the express mail services;
Perform annual evaluation of the suppliers, in accordance with the procurement procedures;
Fulfill all job-related duties within the requested deadlines and at a high-quality level.

Here is what you need in order to perform the activities of the role:

Minimal experience in handling transports
You are efficient and well organized.
You have great skills in working with Microsoft Office products (mainly Excel and Word)
Your written and spoken English are at a high level;
Negotiation skills are a must;
Working in a team, showing a respectful and constructive attitude towards your colleagues, are required skills;
