As a junior role the individual will be expected to work as part of the larger Tech department, to learn from and take guidance from team members so they can quickly progress to the point that they can become responsible for taking on the role of a full test engineer. This career path can lead to a full and varied career in technology with many possibilities but requires dedication and determination to be successful, with a steep learning curve.
Looking for an inquisitive individual who is a very good communicator and a team player. Not afraid to ask questions and take ownership, and flexible enough to cope with a high demand fast moving environment. Will work closely with developers both local and remote, plus customer support teams, service desk teams, and all major stakeholders to understand test requirements and risks. This role becomes technical quickly and so is suited for the right person who is interested in technology.

Responsibilities
Become an integral member of the team ︁︀︂︃︃︁︂︁︆︄building the test teams capabilities and improving the quality of work and effectiveness.
Manage the backlog and sprint planning alongside other software engineers, senior leadership, and key customer stakeholders.
Be an advocate for test best practices.
Collaborate with customer and business stakeholders at a technical level.
You should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and take complete ownership of the life cycle of features - concept, development, testing, deployment, and support.
