0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
Acquaintance with IT&C markets and solutions (advantage)
Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
Basic knowledge / experience of working with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.
As a Junior Sales ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂Representative, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. You will assist with prospecting and building client relationships, under the guidance of more experienced sales staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold-calls, networking, email campaigns, and social media.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.

2. Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide insights to help shape sales strategies.

3.Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to build and nurture relationships.
Assist in identifying new / updated customer needs and presenting product solutions.
Occasional customer support for implementation and operations.

4. Sales Support:
Collaborate with sales team members to develop and execute sales strategies.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
Track and follow up on sales leads, keeping detailed records of communications and outcomes in the CRM system.
Support in updating marketing tools

5. Sales Process:
Assist in managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation, potential customers identification, presentations to deal closure.
Participate in sales process and provide customer feedback to management.
