We are hiring a Junior Health and Safety Advisor to join our team for the new project based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Our main request is your availability to work from site for at least 3 months, in a row, and then 2 weeks of holidays.
Candidates with experience in PV projects have a real advantage, but we are open to receive new enthusiastic applications.

Job Overview: As a Junior Health and Safety Advisor, you will support the Project team in all aspects of safety, ︁︀︂︃︃︇︁︆︄︁︀︂︃︃︉︉︁︂︈occupational ︁︀︂︃︃︇︅︀health, and environmental issues. Will work closely with the company's HSE manager as well as the Client's, conducting regular HSE audits, trainings, toolbox meetings and drills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the HSSE policy and guidelines, ensuring this conforms to the customers requirements and industry best practice;
Develop and maintain site - specific documentation and templates that include the Safety Program File (HSSE Procedure), Risk Assessment, Emergency Response Plans, Job Safety Analysis, and Site Induction;
Assist, deliver, and organize HSSE training to employees;
Perform HSSE tasks or other duties as required.

Skills:

Good communication and organization skills;
Results oriented approach, flexibility, ability to work in a team;
Constant attention to details and accuracy;
Organized with the ability to multitask and keep the timelines;
Good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook;
Written and oral fluency in English;
SSM Certification or Relevant certifications preferred;
Proven experience in a similar role for 1 - 2 years
