INTERNAL AUDITOR

Perform and supervise internal audit missions, including risk management and control management over operational efficiency and financial reliability
Identify potential areas of vulnerability, discrepances and areas of improvement within the organization's processes
Develop audit plans and perform audit missions through identify, analyze, evaluate, interpret, perform tests and document sufficient information to achieve audit objectives
Prepares and presents the audit reports that reflect the results of the audit missions, the recommendations, the measures taken and the ways of monitoring the implementation of the recommendations and action plans
Communicate the audit findings to the management of the departments in accurately, objectively, clearly, concisely, timely, constructively and persuasive manner and the recommendations/action plans, to those responsible for the audited processes
Follow up on audit findings to monitor the implementation of the interventions established by the previous audit report
Provide objective and independent advice for the relevant governance structures
Document the internal control system as well as provide consultancy on the implementation of internal control systems, risk management, without prejudicing the independence of the internal audit department
Document the audit procedure in accordance with the internal methodology and with the Standards of Professional Practice of Internal Audit
Investigate potential fraud or misconduct within the organization
Maintain, update and archive audit files
Provide support in the process of preparing reports to the senior management of the Group, the Board of Directors/Audit Committee
Update his professional profile in relation to the evolution of standards, trends and legislation specific to the area of ​​responsibility
Use effectively all tools to obtain the information, conclusions and interpretations necessary in his activity
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to audit performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives
Promote a culture of accountability within the organization

Master's degree or bachelor's degree, preferably in economics.
Relevant experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈with a positive reputation
Certified Auditor
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and audit management softwares
Strong knowledge in risk management, internal controls and corporate governance
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and facts, logical thinking, critical thinking, systems thinking and adaptability, analytical abilities
Professional curiosity and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Continuous improvement mindset and very good organizational skills, to handle projects and work under deadlines
