Inside Account Manager with English

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage (sales, customer relations).
• Good proficiency in PC operation (MS Office, any ERP).

• Attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent English language skills.

• Analyze customer (existing or potential) requests for quotes and initiate study projects.
• Monitor the progress of study projects within the company and maintain contact with the departments involved.
• Prepare commercial offers.
• Prepare documentation and participate in tenders organized by current or potential customers.
• Monitor the homologation of new products.
• Draw up the commercial contract and ensure the recovery of the copy approved by the customer.
• Launch and monitor the status of orders until their delivery to the customer.
• Update files of existing and potential customers in the internal ERP.
• Monitor customer solvency and, together with the Regional Account Manager, is responsible for collecting invoices from existing customers.
• Ensure the interface between Romcarton and customers and carry out customer satisfaction analysis.
