To plan the Planned Maintenance activities and to be ensure the implementation.
To direct the team in breakdown maintenance activities, ︁︀​︂︃︃​︉︆​︆︄to perform root cause analysis of the breakdowns and to implement preventive actions.
To have knowledge in industrial software and automation methods, to develop himself/herself and to train the team in this direction.
Manage the maintenance budget and activities according to determined budget.
Prepare the critical spare part list for critical equipments and to request the stock of spare parts according to Eti Maintenance Management System.
Develop the Condition Base Maintenance to increase the reliability of the Plant.
Support and develop the Autonomouos Maintenance activities and prepare necessary training for operators.
Implement the calibraion activities which are under maintenance team responsibility.
Follow the energy management system and consumptions, report the result to all factory teams.
Prepare energy saving projects and kaizens to reduce the consumption.
Follow the Maintenance management targets ( MTTR , MTBF , breakdown, cost etc..) and to report to management staff.
Prepare the file about kaizen project proposals and orders and submit to the approval.
To maintain electrical distribution ( Medium Voltage and Low Voltage) systems according to Maintenance plan and related Romanian legislations.
Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems (Automation, Capacity Increment, Packaging, HCAV, power projects) for investments / industrial plants and conduct kaizens according to the determined budget and approved projects.
To be direct member or leader to PM Committee and Join the other committee activities for TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) actions.
Direct and coordinate, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications and codes of ETI Technical Standards.
Manage the vendors’ services according to the determined ETI Technical Standards.
Must conduct the activities in accordance with his preparation and training, as well as instructions received from the employer and do not expose to risk any injury or occupational disease both self and others who may be affected by the actions or omissions during work process.
Must use the granted personal protective equipment (PPE) properly.
Immediately notify the employer and / or workers assigned to any work situation they have reasonable grounds for considering a danger to health and safety and any malfunction protection systems.
Inform his supervisor and / employer about the suffered accidents.
