CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE
As an English and/or/Italian/ French/ Spanish or German Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will join our Customer Support Department, and will be responsible for handling inbound calls on different clients of English/ French/Italian/Spanish or German speaking markets. ITALIAN advanced level is compulsory.
You will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to our customers via phone or e-mail in any inquiries they might have regarding the provided services. Experience in a call center or in a helpdesk call center environment is preferable but not mandatory.
