minimum 3 years experience in personell administration
solid knowledge of labor law
goo knowledge of Office package
experience working with expat staff (UE & NON UE): procedure for obtaining work permit, residence permit, registration certificate Immigration Inspectorate.
experience in carrying out the control process from the Territorial Labor Inspectorate;
Experience in recruiting white and blue collar

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions;
Preparation and administration of personnel files;
Centralization and verification ︁︀︂︃︃︈︁︁︉︂of documents required for employment;
Preparation of employment documents (job descriptions, labor contracts, additional documents, etc.), as well as drafting various documents solicited by the employees;
Compile monthly employee day-to-day timesheet, track and centralize changes with payroll impact and/or labor contract impact;
Supporting in organizing employee activities;
