Candidatul Ideal
What we’re looking for:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in an HR role, covering payroll, recruitment, training, HR administration, budgeting, and reporting.
- Experience in food, logistics, construction, or manufacturing is a plus, especially in environments with a hands-on, operational workforce in companies with at least 30 employees.
- A mindset for continuous improvement, combined with strong organizational skills, enabling effective multitasking.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of assessing data and making informed, strategic decisions.
- Proactive, energetic, and results-driven, with a track record of excelling in high-pressure, dynamic settings.

- Admin: Manage HR administration, including contracts, payroll coordination, SSM requirements and compliance with labor laws.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with company policies and culture.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with 3rd party providers on payroll, SSM, and others.
