HR Administration Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics or a related field
• Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in HR similar role.
• Very good understanding of human resources processes.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation.
• Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Customer orientated attitude.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
• Good level of English language (verbal and written communication skills).
• Motivation and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Prepare and manage the hiring process including medical check-up, drafting employment documents (employment contract, addendums, ︅︂​︁︄​︁︁︀​︁︇︁job description etc), enter the new employees’ data into internal databases and Revisal;
• Draw up addendums for employment contract modifications and prepare exits process including drafting end employment documents, update the employee’s data into internal databases and Revisal;
• Prepare certificates requested by the employees;
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, such as personal details, employment contracts, benefits, and performance reviews. Handle confidential information with sensitivity and in compliance with data protection regulations
• Prepare the payroll process accurately and in a timely manner (collect and centralize all relevant info: timesheets, medical and holiday leaves, salary changes, bonuses, lunch tickets, benefits in kind, new entries, leavers etc.)
• Review, analyze and verify payroll reports for accuracy and make necessary adjustments through established procedures.
• Act as day-to-day liaison with colleagues/ departments designated contacts for HR-related processes;
• Respond to internal client inquiries and take appropriate action ensuring timely review and resolution of issues;
• Participate to regularly updates the HR documents/procedures in place;
• Keep clear and structured track of all processes completed.
• Assure HR systems maintenance and reporting, maintaining accuracy of data in the local HR system.
• Identify process performance improvement opportunities.
