Candidatul Ideal
We need a colleague who has :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics or a related field
- Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in HR similar role.
- Very good understanding of human resources processes.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation.
- Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Customer orientated attitude.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
- Good level of English language (verbal and written communication skills).
- Motivation and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
Descrierea jobului
- Prepare and manage the hiring process including medical check-up, drafting employment documents (employment contract, addendums, ︅︂︁︄︁︁︀︁︇︁job description etc), enter the new employees’ data into internal databases and Revisal;
- Draw up addendums for employment contract modifications and prepare exits process including drafting end employment documents, update the employee’s data into internal databases and Revisal;
- Prepare certificates requested by the employees;
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, such as personal details, employment contracts, benefits, and performance reviews. Handle confidential information with sensitivity and in compliance with data protection regulations
- Prepare the payroll process accurately and in a timely manner (collect and centralize all relevant info: timesheets, medical and holiday leaves, salary changes, bonuses, lunch tickets, benefits in kind, new entries, leavers etc.)
- Review, analyze and verify payroll reports for accuracy and make necessary adjustments through established procedures.
- Act as day-to-day liaison with colleagues/ departments designated contacts for HR-related processes;
- Respond to internal client inquiries and take appropriate action ensuring timely review and resolution of issues;
- Participate to regularly updates the HR documents/procedures in place;
- Keep clear and structured track of all processes completed.
- Assure HR systems maintenance and reporting, maintaining accuracy of data in the local HR system.
- Identify process performance improvement opportunities.
