What You Bring:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in finance roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Cost Control: Ensure hotel expenses are under control, identifying efficiencies and promoting smart spending across all departments.
Operations Insight: Dive deep into hotel operations to understand the big picture, beyond just the numbers, and act as a financial partner to all departments.
Operational Engagement: Understand the day-to-day hotel operations, and provide financial insights that go beyond the figures. You’ll be hands-on, actively engaging with all departments.
Crew Collaboration: Be a bridge between finance and the entire hotel crew, ensuring smooth communication and growing a collaborative spirit.
Guest Interaction: This is not just an office job—step in to interact with guests when necessary and support the team in delivering an outstanding guest experience.
On-the-Ground Support: Jump in to help crew members when needed, ensuring smooth operations in every aspect of the hotel.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate financial reports and analyses, helping management make informed decisions.
