Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a call-center environment is preferred but not required.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus!

As an At Your Service Agent, you’ll be the voice of the hotel—a key point of contact for our valued ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︁​︆︄guests, providing exceptional service over the phone. You will assist with inquiries, fulfill guest requests, and ensure their experience is seamless and memorable. This is an ideal position for someone with a passion for hospitality who enjoys helping people from behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for guest requests, offering a variety of services such as in-room dining, housekeeping, concierge services, and more.
Handle guest inquiries efficiently, whether related to reservations, hotel amenities, or general information about the city.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure guest requests are met quickly and accurately.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions to provide guests with helpful recommendations.
Ensure that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well-cared for during their stay.
