Candidatul Ideal
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a global high-tech entity or fintech.
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages is an asset (Spanish/French)
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies.

- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems.
Control in Office 365
Control in Attendance softwares both online and offline (devices in offices)

- Employee Management: Oversee and manage the existing employees, ensuring their well-being and productivity, while standing with company ︃︁︄︃︂︁︈︁︈︀policies and standards of behavior.
- Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process to attract and hire top talents worldwide, proficient in English and other languages as necessary, in multiply channels both direct and through other head hunters/recruitment agencies.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's staffing needs through various channels and locations.
- Policy Management: Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Employee Satisfaction: Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and engagement initiatives.
- Onboarding: Design and oversee comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
-Off boarding: build and manage the off boarding process globally.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and reports to evaluate employee performance and development.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize training programs to foster employee development and skill enhancement.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and international standards.
- HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions, taking into consideration organizational structure changes.
- Global Coordination: Coordinate with HR representatives and/or head hunters and/or recruiters in different locations to maintain consistent HR practices and policies.
