Front Office Manager

- Energetic person, with initiative and team spirit, handling stress at all times, smiling.
- Superior studies;
- Minimum 3 year of experience in a similar position within hospitality industry;
- Quality driven and customer care oriented;
- Experience in managing a team;
- Knowing opera is an advantage;
- Excellent communication abilities – verbal and written;
- Business English at high level of speaking & writing; an additional language is a plus.

-direct reporting to the General Manager;
-coordinating of the Front of the House and Reservations team, in order to ensure ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︂​︁︃︁a constant and qualitative service to the hotel’s customers;
-maximizing rooms sell and additional services provide by the hotel (restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, parking);
-In charge of recruitment & training for the available positions within the department;
-Pleasant working environment and conditions.
